Honest Review: Medela Pump in Style Advanced Double Breastpump

When I was trying to pump this is the breast pump I used. I got mine for free through my insurance, so if you want one but think they are pricey I would definitely call up your insurance and see if they will help! The machine itself is very high quality. I like that it come with the bag so you can just grab it and go as well and just know that you have everything you will need in that little bag. Also, the pump is very compact and light weight so it is easy to take from place to place. The pump is pretty quiet as well, I have even pumped before with my son napping in the room with me.
My main thing with this pump was the price, which stayed around the $250 area no matter which store I tried to look for it at ( Walmart, Target, Babies R Us, etc.). One thing I did learn from people who tried to take the cheap way out is that some of the less expensive breast pumps can tend to be more uncomfortable so what would happen is they would buy the cheap pump trying to save money and in the end have to go buy the Medela brand pumps anyways. My advice would be to either bite the bullet and buy the nice Medela the first time around so you do not end paying for the cheap one that doesn't work and then the expensive one as well. Pumping is not the most comfortable experience in the world anyways so I really would spend the extra money if at all possible to get the better pump.

Honest Review: Fisher Price Sweet Snugapuppy Dreams Cradle 'n Swing

Photo Credit: www.babiesrus.com Fisher Price Sweet Snugapuppy Dreams Cradle 'n Swing I originally bought the Fisher Price swing as a replacement swing for the MamaRoo Infant Seat I had, which I described my experience with in another  post . I love this swing so much and so does my little boy! He is actually in this swing right now. This Fisher Price swing has three different way you can turn the seat (left, right, or facing forward) so baby can swing different ways. The swing also has multiple speeds so you can swing baby faster or slower. There is also a musical feature where you can choose between different sounds and adjust the volume as well. Another good feature this swing has is that it can plug into the wall so you do not have to worry about having batteries handy. The mobile that hangs above the baby moves in circle to attract the baby's attention, and it has a mirrored dome that the mobile is hanging from so that your baby can see his/her reflection.  My...

Honest Review: Pampers Splashers

Photo Credit: www.walmart.com Pampers Splashers When you take your baby to a pool a regular diaper is not doing to hold up very long. Regular diapers have an absorbent gel that will literally swell up if it gets in water. I am sure Huggies has swim diapers if you are a Huggies mom, I just do not know what they are called. If you have read my post about diapers you know I like Pampers best. Naturally the same goes for swim diapers. The Pampers Splashers are what I use for my son to go swimming in. They work really well. For some reason I have noticed that swim diapers are on the expensive side, the twenty-four pack pictured above costs around $9 I believe. My only complaint is that the only size I have ever been able to find in these swim diapers is the size pictured 3-4, so for a while my son's swim diaper is just going to be a tad big.

Honest Review: Bright Starts 3 Ways to Play Walker Ford F-150

Photo Credit: www.walmart.com Bright Starts 3 Ways to Play Walker Ford F-150 My son love this walker. We purchased it a little early just because he loved to stand up so much. At only 24 inches he is still a little to short to move it around but he loves the sound effects it makes!  The steering wheel makes noises when it turns, there is a green button on the dash and when it is pressed it sounds like the engine is being turned on. There is also a stick shift that makes real sounds, and a horn button that makes the sound of a horn when pressed once and the sound of a radio when pressed again.  When the baby gets bigger he or she can start to push the truck around because it has a handle that comes up for them to hold onto and the wheels really turn so the "truck" will move. The dash with the steering wheel, buttons, and shifter is also detachable for floor play. The truck comes in either red or pink as well.  I chose this walker because I thought it was coo...
